No problem,just open the swatches up in animation shop then send every frame to the psp9.
Have the swatches minimised in psp9 as the 3 or whatever number of frames it has.
You can then click in the background and fill properties,or the foreground and stroke properties paintpots,depending on which one you need the glitter in.
Then click on PATTERNS,and you can click in current pattern and find the glitter frames in there and select them frame by frame as you need them.
