For the techie supervisor in the office (never a tech themselves).
1. Have a tech setup a CRT with the horizontal leads reversed. Swap the boss's CRT. Everything comes up reversed.
2. Do the same thing with the vertical leads, and it's upside down.
3. Combine both, guess result !!!

Note - there is freeware to do the same thing...
