Cool

When I am once again able to own a bike, and able to ride,
it is my intention of joining a group of bikers known as
BACA...
Bikers Against Child Abuse

BACA was started back in my home state of Massachusetts,
and there is a chapter here in San Antonio, TX
and one in Austin, TX...

BACA members step in to aid a child in need of protection,
and do adhere to the law, but, if push comes to shove,
and physical intervention is necessary, will step up to the plate
on behalf of the child in need. They work closely with the Law, and CPS [or DSS, depending on where]. They also do Charity Rides and Rallies.

Further, once I have become a member in good standing with BACA,
and if at all possible, I have thought about, and discussed with my wife,
the idea of starting a new chapter of BACA here in San Marcos, TX, which about halfway between San Antonio and Austin.

I will have to ride with them for one year and in good standing before becoming a fully involved member and directly involved in any cases.

Here is a link to a BACA site if anyone is interested in checking them out:

http://www.bacausa.com/

Please take the time to visit the site, and go through the pages,
and see what they are all about...
