After a time of discussion amongst the new Roo admin and the mods the sizes have been specified.

First I wish to thank everyone who has been respectful to the tentative rules previously posted I very much, along with other mods, appreciate all the concerted efforts.

I also want to say it means a lot that all of you have put forth an effort to abide by the rules as we were trying to discern what would best work for all members of the forum.

The new sizes are as disclosed;

The average size should be approximately 500 pixels for single pictures. [This can also follow the next rule]
Roo will allow for 600 pixels, especially for multi boxed cartoons. However; if you go to 650, that is fine as well. Sometimes you will have to decide if the writing would best be seen at 650.

Anything bigger will be a breach of the picture size rules.
800 is too large, and therefore should be avoided.

700 seems a bit large too, BUT due to the former ruling which was not yet standard, we will allow for the older pics at 700 pixels to remain as they are.

If anyone has any sites they prefer to use to minimize pixel size, please refer them in here until this thread is closed.

If anyone has any concerns whatsoever; please refer them in private.
