It is slightly confusing of where everything stands as far as resizers being put into place and uploaders, But I did want to throw out there that good old ms Paint in windows has the ability to size down pics if needed. just go into the program open a picture then go to the Image drop down and click stretch/skew. There it has a Horizontal and Vertical stretch keep both numbers the same and just drop the percent until you get to the desired size.

maybe one day when I'm bored, I'll play with it and see if I can get it to work, it's much easier for me to just use an uploader that has a resizer program in it, the Roo uploader, FileCabin, does not have a resizer at this time, Roo tells us it is coming though! thank you for your tip sweetie, I'm sure it will help someone!
