Without a link suspicion is a very hard thing to proof even in a court of law.
Suspicion isn't enough,in court if a jury has any reasonable doubts a person must be found innocent.
Any concerns like that I would say Tim would be the person to approach but in a forum like this as far as I'm aware investigation would be very limited unless it's something very serious where police could become involved.
