Any concerns like that I would say Tim would be the person to approach but in a forum like this as far as I'm aware investigation would be very limited unless it's something very serious where police could become involved.

Funny how the insidiousness of some people is never seen until it's too late..Word to the wise essex_boy, this won't be the first time this particular stressor has stressed a forum and the people who run it.
All for the glory of knowing that he did it. Just because in all actuality he knows he'll never fit in anywhere, and he never will. So he'll befriend you at first and slowly but surely show what his agenda has been all along. Then you'll be wondering where it all went wrong and why did you ever trust this guy to begin with?
By the way, I never doubted your abilities as a moderator, I just doubt your foresight....
