I agree with you Spidey about posting their sigs in their post. I have even pmed someone that does this and they came back with a valid reason for it but none-the-less it's still a major pain and if you wish to turn off ALL sigs then this right is taken from you. I have even complained to the Moddies about this person and from what I can see nothing has been done.

As for dial up connection believe it or not there are many out there that have no choice but to have dial up. My parents live in an area that no DSL or cable service is offered. Dial up is all that they can have.

As for quoting I will continue to use this unless I am answering someone right after their post. I will try to use multi quoting where possible.
