Tell you what im doing, clicking on download telling it to go to either wrar or desktop and then sitting back and watching it shoot to 776kb then stopping creeping to 1.5mb and thats it now.
Knowing me its something I am doing wrong.

Maybe I got lucky but the last link downloaded first time.
If you have the WinRar on the desktop when downloaded the PSP9 icon should be a pile of 3 books held together by a leather strap.
Click on the icon then PSP9 then English PaintShop Pro to start the extracting.
I can't test the download as I already have PSP9 on my computer .
