Tell you what im doing, clicking on download telling it to go to either wrar or desktop and then sitting back and watching it shoot to 776kb then stopping creeping to 1.5mb and thats it now.

I'm uploading the download from my desktop to get a new link to try.
It's the only download I found still working so unless someone comes up with a new download it's the last option I can come up with.
