As per usual you digress to try and suit your own argument.

Baggy pant wearing hoodlums do not cover up their identity and if they did it would be just cause for a police officer to ask them to identify themselves.

The police would want the baggy pant boy from the hood to be able to produce some sort of photo identity, if not, it would be a trip to the local police station until it was sorted.

Drag this debate to any tangent you want, the point remians that in this day and age our law enforcement officers and government officials need to know who they are dealing with.

There has been no acceptable reason given as to why the Burqa and Hijab should be worn. Muhammed is quoted in the Koran as saying women should dress modestly, the Koran does not state or imply that the Burqa or Hijab must be worn.

It is not acceptable for women from an Islamic background to use religion as a reason for not having an identity photo taken when they live in a Western society.
