A New Jokeroo!

Monday, September 22nd is a day we have all braced for. Jokeroo will completely change for the better. After 2 years in development, our loyal Jokeroo'ers for the pat 8 years are now going to be awarded with a state of art website. With Jokeroo - Tim working hard on the new forums and the rest of our team working hard on the new website, we are happy to introduce this incredible change 2 days earlier to our most loyal of users. Jokeroo will be completely reformed with only our users in mind.

I want to take this time to say thank you to everyone who has been patient, who's thrown Jokeroo conventions, who's really embraced the brand that we have created together. The time has now come, the time where we plan to make a mark in the internet world. Let the countdown begin, less then 48 hours till launch!!!

UPDATE - Jokaroo-Tim:
We've decided to push the launch date for the new Jokeroo back a day become of some problems we've ran into. Sorry about the delay, but we're just trying to make it as easy as possible with no problems.

what are we to expect?...will we have to redo our buddy lists and will we loss things posted....post numbers will we loose any?

I have been here for barely 2 months and they already want to change things! Man, the first day was tough, boy did I figure I am in for another one!

You make it sound exciting, but for those LONG timers here, we know that change means a different things to us.

Not that I want to be a pessimist ... but in the past when things changed we experienced loss of things we LOVED, many pics lost, counts lost, etc ...

I think it would be more exciting to those that know and LOVE the Roo to know what to expect. Especially those of us that have stayed through thick and thin.

It almost makes me afraid of what to expect on Monday ....

Change happens. Let's see what mit entails without dosing it with kharma just yet.
Still, we all know what else happens, other than change.
