Everyone sit upright with feet flat on the floor. Hands facing up and resting on knees. Head bowed and eyes closed. Breath in through your nose and out through your mouth and relax. Keep breathing and relaxing, breathing and relaxing. As you are breating and relaxing, think of the best thing that has ever happened to you. It would have been some play activity, some love or recognition or achievement, but whatever it was it was the best thing you can remember. Now stop. There is a plan so much greater than anything you have experienced or imagined in the past and so much greater than anything you can imagine in the future. God has this plan for you and it's got your name on it. Think about it as you breath and relax. No man ever got to the top of the mountain without first starting at the bottom. We are going to the top of the mountain. On the way we are passing a waterfall and we hear the sounds of water and the sounds of the birds singing. We finally reach the top. Look at the horizons from all directions. There are no obstacles in your view. You can see and for the first time feel free. Let the wind kiss face. Search for the invisible. Dance with the new songs that are being played. Sing your own unique song. When you're ready, come back to me. Come back to this place, come back to this room. Open your eyes and come back. If you followed my lead, you just went through a relaxation exercise. I hope you enjoyed it.
