Being a person that multi-tasks, I often found myself stressing because of everything I was doing, and I have a need to correct things that do not meet my standards. One of my supervisors told me to "learn to delegate and accept the job the 'delegate' did, even if not up to expectations." Once I started doing that I was given the "gift of time" and stress went down, things got done.
