Birds of a feather flock together and crap on your car.
There's always a lot to be thankful for if you take time to look for it. For example I am sitting here thinking how nice it is that wrinkles don't hurt. When I'm feeling down, I like to whistle. It makes the neighbor's dog run to the end of his chain and gag himself. If you can't be kind, at least have the decency to be vague. Don't assume malice for what stupidity can explain. A penny saved is a government oversight. The real art of conversation is not only to say the right thing at the right time, but also to leave unsaid the wrong thing at the tempting moment. The easiest way to find something lost around the house is to buy a replacement. He who hesitates is probably right. If you think there is good in everybody, you haven't met everybody. If you can smile when things go wrong, you have someone in mind to blame. The sole purpose of a child's middle name is so he can tell when he's really in trouble. Did you ever notice: When you put the 2 words "The" and "IRS" together it spells "THEIRS"

1.Birds of a feather flock together and crap on your car.
2.When I'm feeling down, I like to whistle. It makes the neighbor's dog run to the end of his chain and gag himself. 3.A penny saved is a government oversight. 4.The real art of conversation is not only to say the right thing at the right time, but also to leave unsaid the wrong thing at the tempting moment. 5.The older you get, the tougher it is to lose weight, because by then your body and your fat have gotten to be really good friends. 6.He who hesitates is probably right. 7.Did you ever notice: The Roman Numerals for forty (40) are "XL." 8.If you think there is good in everybody, you haven't met everybody. 9.If you can smile when things go wrong, you have someone in mind to blame. 10.The sole purpose of a child's middle name is so he can tell when he's really in trouble. 11.There's always a lot to be thankful for if you take time to look for it. Not me, I want people to know "why" I look this way. I've traveled a long way and some of the roads weren't paved. 16.When you are dissatisfied and would like to go back to youth, think of Algebra. 17.You know you are getting old when everything either dries up or leaks. 18.One of the many things no one tells you about aging is that it is such a nice change from being young. 19.Ah, being young is beautiful, but being old is comfortable. 20.First you forget names, then you forget faces. Then you forget to pull up your zipper. It's worse when you forget to pull it down. 21.Long ago when men cursed and beat the ground with sticks, it was called witchcraft. Today, it's called golf. 22.Change is what happens when the pain of holding on becomes greater than the fear of letting go. Lord, keep your arm around my shoulder and your hand over my mouth...AMEN!!

Wisdom from Grandpa
* Whether a man winds up with a nest egg, or a goose egg, depends a lot on the kind of chick he marries. * Trouble in marriage often starts when a man gets so busy earnin' his salt, that he forgets his sugar. * Too many couples marry for better, or for worse, but not for good. * When a man marries a woman, they become one; but the trouble starts when they try to decide which one. * On anniversaries, the wise husband always forgets the past - but never the present. * The bonds of matrimony are a good investment, only when the interest is kept up. * Many girls like to marry a military man - he can cook, sew, and make beds, and is in good health, and he's already used to taking orders. * Eventually you will reach a point when you stop lying about your age, and start bragging about it. * The older we get, the fewer things seem worth waiting in line for. * When you are dissatisfied and would like to go back to your youth, remember about Algebra. * I don't know how I got over the hill without getting to the top. * Ah, being young is beautiful, but being old is comfortable. * Old age is when former classmates are so gray and wrinkled and bald, they don't recognize you. * If you don't learn to laugh at trouble, you won't have anything to laugh at when you are old.

In this world that seems so bent on messing itself over 300k times I have noticed this.................
It seems that young people want to settle down sooner I have noticed that people less than 18 are looking for relationships like no freakin tommmorow( is that even possible?) It seems that they want to not enjoy the "good years" before the " rest of your life years" Whether this is a real issue it is up to whoever thinks about this Yeah, there are worse like Teen Pregnancy but perhaps this could be a contributer to this I know in the old times people never worried about marriage until their late 20s/early 30s Now it seems that it is the late teens/early 20s what has happened here? lack of education? lack of common sense? ???? this can be confusing, but somehow it is supposed to make sense I leave my "Thought" on this with one last thing whether it is good or bad, it is up to the individual. Though it seems there is more bad than good, another view is needed on this |
