these words I've put in red are key, SOME people do alot of things, that doesn't mean we should lump EVERYONE into any category

You are correct Flynn it ISNT perfect. However , he HAS been indicted and will face the american justice system .If found guilty, he will be prosecuted by that system . Whats wrong with that?...

nowhere in his original post is there anything said about America saying it was better or perfect.. that is his afterthought..Having read the same article my first thought was "thats just great...you never know who your enemies are. and Im glad he was caught".
Or maybe Flynn was saying " Only in America can an elected official be indicted "...I dont know.. but Autumn seems to know the workings of Flynns brain and thought process.

Lets not forget Siljander was lining his own pockets too !

Americans should have looked amongst their own elected officials to find who was funding terrorist organisations instead of invadiing iraq

It will be interesting to see how many more USA elected officials were, or still are conspiring with America’s enemies.
Gutted.and I would be gutted if it would happened in any other country too..
We probly all have some currupt polititians in every country
who work for there own pockets.
But thats not the point here..
Bush is fighting"war on terror"and one of his senator had a part in funding Al Quaida
For australia...americans....dont forget:
it is one of bush s allie s...
and they fight for him in Iraq too...

Thank You Anna

When I first heard about Siljander I thought he would also be charged with TREASON and some of the many guns available in the USA would be used to execute him.

BRB to answer other members posts !

Hiya AR

For the most part, Americans can't see that anyone giving a negative comment about their society has a valid point of view.

Main reason for that is they live there.

Sometimes it takes an outsiders perspective to highlight some of the negative aspects of another persons character or in this case the characteristics of a nation.

Some members of Jokeroo may think it be advisable for me to get a professional opinion on my mental stability, a second opinion never hurt anyone.

If I break AR’s analogy down a bit further of how " FANTASTIC " they are.

Americans on the world stage are categorised as the school bully, prom queen , jock, or under achiever by their peers. By and large Middle Class America is not advertised internationally and I don’t want to be anything like the Americans we constantly see on our news and entertainment media.

There was a television show made in the UK, Faulty Towers....... Basil Faulty, a character of the show, got a knock to the head and kept repeating........ " Don't mention the war ".

I suggest you take his advice, don't mention the war, America's participation in WW2 is less than perfect.

You got there a couple of years late ( ww2 ) and concluded your involvement by vaporising 100's of thousands on Japanese civilians.

I, for one, pray that we can all get along no matter what country we are from.
As I have just posted......

Middle class hard working Americans are not advertised in our electronic media.

Our news and entertaiment media has been taken over by America, maybe you should look to what you export in the way of electronic information to the rest of us.
