I put forward what is a perfectly good system for us to moderate ourselves.. this idea has been accepted and is probably only on trial anyway..
I have no problem using it and have posted already the reasons why i would.. its not my problem if you cannot accept that..

You see, that is just the problem.. YOU COULD USE THE TOOLS PROVIDED..but you don't.. you want more.. you want to cry to the mods to intervene..and want even more power to run PPL away who disagree..

Unless something is extremely obscene and offensive, you are treading on thin ice. I live in America where free speech is guaranteed, even to those behind bars. I have posted some rather mature and sensible posts in this thread and you have not responded. I am beginning to think that mature, sensible people are not wanted here. I enjoy the forum but your being restrictive reminds me of a teacher with a paddle in her hand. What are you moderating? Threads continually get off subject and become personal sounding boards. As far as I know I don't have any enemies here and don't know why I should. I respect everyone's opinion and feelings. No one should be annoyed by someone's opinion. There's an old saying, "Opinions are like a--holes. Everyone has one".

I just have to LOL at the hypocrisy of "if my posts or my presence upset you, feel free to use the tools provided", when I am not the one who asked for or has argued for moderation or thread banning...and neither have chosen to ignore anyone, UNLESS they have valid points or ask hard questions, dealing with the debate..

Kipper you dont seem to realise I think this is a great idea for ALL of us.. not for myself and flynn... when will you lot realise that?
you think i am hurt or upset or angerd by the things posted on here? think again...just earlier this week on another forum some person used my name and my husbands name to make a forum name and post threads saying "liz is a pathetic c*nt".... I am more than capable of ignore such behaviour... question is... are you?

I think the majority "idea" was to keep moderation out of it and if you felt the need to bitch about what everyone was posting, leave.. instead of crying to the mods..

and if you were capable of ignoring, then why the need for banning?

I don't think anyone is trying to anger or upset you AR. Fact is....You like controversy. I believe yourself and Flynn see yourselves as the intelligent members of debate and anyone else, is either lying or a bit stupid.

Just an outsiders opinion....
