I get the impression that you feel it has something to do with me.

Well I haven't been notified of any banned members returning and what's more it's not my responsibility if banned members post on this board.

I suggest you go bleat your protest at someone who actually cares or better still go report the offender to the Moderators and have them banned.

Nothing to do with you and nothing that need concern anyone as far as I'm concerned.
Circumstancial evidence means nothing,far as I'm concerned give enough rope and he'll eventually hang himself...if your concerns are justified.
No-one has done anything wrong and I very much hope it remains that way.
