We had our family meeting with docs etc and this si the quick version..
All tumor was removed, blood and scans show no sign whatsoever of any cancer except for in his hip and a small part in his tailbone..IN both cases its a very small amount and the doc is fairly sure the cancer department in another hospital can remove it with bio treatment, altho I'm not sure what that is Hubs is still in a lot of pain as the tumor was large and attached to the nerves, muscles and liver too, but he is recovering well. We are not out the woods yet, but we are getting there slowly many thanks to you all for just letting me talk it out here *hugs* Liz

Not sure Liz, but they talked to me about Bio treatment which apparently offsets the effects of Chemo. I never had chemo in the end, so don't know exactly what it is. The word Bio is very ambiguous though and covers a wide spectrum. |
