I can only speak for myself and not everyone else, but I get so tired of the blacks yelling racism about anything that crosses their mind. And yet they can have and do the things I listed above and it is ok. Most of the time when a black is arrested, the first thing they holler is racism, no matter what crime they have commited. The whole ordeal is just very onesided..

But what is so wrong that there are magazines like Jet and Ebony?

People like to read magazines about things that interest and "involves" them.

As a silly example....open a "feminine magazine" and all beauty and make up tips you will see most of the time are meant for blonde light skinned females and not all women have this profile!

I don't live in the US....but we got the same discussions overhere as well.
If 2 people apply for the same job....a black and a white person.....the outcome doesnt matter.... if the white person gets it...its racism...if the black person gets it...its called "positive discrimination"
And my naive mind like to think that the best educated one...the one who was best for the job got it!!

I am not saying anything is wrong with those magazines, but I am saying that the blacks would accuse the whites of racism if there were magazines strictly for the whites. For as the job situation you mentioned, the one that is the most qualified should be the one to get the job no matter what their skin color.
The example you gave about makeup was not silly, but it reminds me of the people that are used to model clothing. You would think that there were only skinny people in this world or the fat ones didn't ever wear clothes..lol I sure like the way you wear yours..

Because if a white person says they disagree with Obama's policy, they are automatically labeled a racist even though it has nothing to do with racism. A black person can write an article like the thread starter that is blatantly and undeniably racist and no one bats an eye. It is very one sided indeed!!!!!!

And if you observe something wrong in some persons behavior, don't generalize it to their ethnic group
