I just hope Bam bam's London meeting with the UN isn't before we throw the tea - i mean we need a serious revolt.

Too many taxes - its killing and outsourcing jobs.
In my area - Canondale a bike maker is leaving. There goes 100 jobs.
100 get to stay to help do repairs.

And as we send our jobs to ASIA - the UN wants our tax money to help ASIA - because of economic hard times.

Well - if they had brains - they would be cutting taxes so we could spend and could keep our jobs.
Yeah - Asia is only going to see it get worse too, because we are their major buyers.

Seriously i stood in the food aisle yesterday thinking - i need gas next week [which is going up in price] and should i buy this food or buy the gas?

1st of all AR - that's why many Americans are looking towards a tea party.
WE don't want to pay the taxes some other countries pay - such as yours.
It comes with the government mandated health care and other sources of unnecesary spending. And from the goverment to run all those 'free' programs...
And i have been saying this for quite some time.
[to those who wont listen]

So what should i do AR?
I need gas to go to work.
Or i need to feed my kids.

I can't do both.

And Obama's taxes are not helping - in fact ppl here are pulling tighter than ever on their purse strings simply because we have less money to spend after we pay all the taxes.

I also said - which fell on deaf ears mind you - that if America's economy falls - everyone else's will follow.
We might be the biggest spenders on the earth - but it is thru that very fact - that we support the world wide economy.
IF we fall - everyone falls.

Its all tied together - and as we get our taxes increased - and lose jobs to another country - the less we will spend.

And the world will be sorry.
As we will also.

Don't believe me?
Well - i suspect no one does even tho i warned about this prior to Obama winning.

Yes - the banks with the sub prime rates started a rotton economy [even some theories the democrats got that going so they could win the election] then the corporations started tightening their own security when Bams said he would tax the big businesses. [even those making $250k [in NY isnt very much] AND laying off ppl - so they could stay at a certain income...when the taxes hit.

When Bams started saying what he would do - the DOW JONES dropped and dropped and dropped...and it still declines everytime he opens his mouth.

You dont understand economics in America. Its best to admit that.
WE are headed for a very large increase in taxes - for the health care alone - as i said - $1900.00 more per year on the average family.
So the 'free' health care is going to cost me more than our privy insurance...because not only are my taxes increasing- but the corporations in America who employ ppl will see a greater increase - which will only cause the companies to move overseas...or shut down.

It stinks and it will ruin the economy everywhere.

Slowly everything i said is happening.

And soon - when America closes her purse strings - other countries will be begging for some sort of 'assistance' to help us.

Bams is inexperienced. His ideas are horrible and they are creating the ruin of how things are done.

Why no one believes that is beyond me.

Activities

The ISO has involved itself in a number of local and national activist efforts.
These include the antiwar movement, ending the death penalty,
support for gay marriage and abortion rights, the struggle for immigration rights, among others.
Today the ISO is involved in grassroots efforts across the country, including opposition to the United States war on terror.
The ISO does not support either the Republican or Democratic party, which it views as representatives of corporate power and empire.
The group has however, actively campaigned for the Green Party in various races and assisted Ralph Nader's
presidential campaigns in 2000 and 2004.
In 2006, one of the ISO's leading members in California,
Todd Chretien, challenged Diane Feinstein for Senator on the Green Party ticket,
receiving 139,425 votes (1.8 percent) of the vote.

ACORN created [and got busted for that] - voters.
Giving one voter 78 [was it that number or higher] a voter registration...

Socialism in America

Socialism in America is alive, well, and growing. Aided by such influential Congressmen as John Conyers, Ranking Member of the House Judicial Committee, David Bonior, the pit-bull-dog who successfully whipped Newt, Maxine Waters, the President's outspoken defender in the impeachment debates, and nearly 60 other Representatives, socialism is advancing in America behind the "Progressive" label. Here are a few excerpts taken directly from the web page of the Democratic Socialists of America. (Italicized emphasis provided)

"The Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) is the largest socialist organization in the United States, and the principal U.S. affiliate of the Socialist International. DSA's members are building progressive movements for social change while establishing an openly socialist presence in American communities and politics.

"At the root of our socialism is a profound commitment to democracy, as means to an end. We are activists committed not only to extending political democracy but to demanding democratic empowerment in the economy, in gender relations, and in culture. Democracy is not simply one of our political values but our means of restructuring society. Our vision is of a society in which people have a real voice in the choices and relationships that affect the entirety of our lives. We call this vision democratic socialism- a vision of a more free, democratic and humane society.
  • We are socialists because we reject an international economic order sustained by private profit, alienated labor, race and gender discrimination, environmental destruction, and brutality and violence in defense of the status quo. We are socialists because we share a vision of a humane international social order based both on democratic planning and market mechanisms to achieve equitable distribution of resources, meaningful work, a healthy environment, sustainable growth, gender and racial equality, and non-oppressive relationships."
Here is what "Liberty" looks like to a socialist:
"A democratic commitment to a vibrant pluralist life assumes the need for a democratic, responsive, and representative government to regulate the market, protect the environment, and ensure a basic level of equality and equity for each citizen. In the 21st century, such regulation will increasingly occur through international, multilateral action. But while a democratic state can protect individuals from domination by inordinately powerful, undemocratic transnational corporations, people develop the social bonds that render life meaningful only through cooperative, voluntary relationships. Promoting such bonds is the responsibility of socialists and the government alike.

"The social welfare programs of government have been for the most part positive, if partial, responses to the genuine social needs of the great majority of Americans. The dismantling of such programs by conservative and corporate elites in the absence of any alternatives will be disastrous. Abandoning schools, health care, and housing, for example, to the control of an unregulated free market magnifies the existing harsh realities of inequality and injustice."
The action agenda posted on the socialists' web site very closely parallels Agenda 21, and the recommendations of the President's Council on Sustainable Development. The web site boasts the creation of the "Progressive Caucus" in Congress, as well as the coalition that is working to promote the socialist agenda in Congress.

If America had tax payer funded health care and college like you have we would be paying that much too, if not more. My husband has an astronomical amount taken out of his check for health insurance in addition to supporting the welfare recipients and illegal immigrants with taxes.

I forgot to mention in here [or did i?] that of that magic number 15% THAT DIDN'T HAVE HEALTH INSURANCE - THE MAJORITY IS THE INSANELY RICH WHO DONT NEED TO BUY INSURANCE.

[oops caps lock]

Anyway - they fail [but of course] to mention that 15% of the uninsured - didnt need it.

So now we are all going to pay for something we can't afford - which will go towards pushing out our Constitution....distribution of wealth. [insert angry smiley]

If I could get a bull horn and yell 'This isnt what our forefathers wanted!' - worldwide - i would.

But i guess i will settle for doing this.

It's interesting to note also - that taxes go up individually.
My husband paid for health insurance - and I didnt have to.

Now - both of us will be paying taxes at about 40% [when all is said and done in the near future] to cover the cost of insurance we do not want - which infringes on our choices. Privy health insurance is going to be unaffordable. As per Bam Bam.

So basically - his hiking the insurance companies - more government interference - is taking away our choices and freedoms...yet again.
