President Carter on Racism

Carter actually talks about observing racism in the South during his life time but now feels that those Southern racist attitudes have spilled across State Borders so now there is an ground swell of racism toward African Americans by most White Americans in all States.

There is not a ground swell of racism toward African Americans by most White Americans in all States. It is and has been for some time, quite the opposite. Mr. Flynn unless you have lived here and experienced racism you could see this for yourself. Most racist propaganda is spread by African Americans. True all races spread racism, but particularly in the South, the white Americans are the victims.

Both the worst thing to hapen to either country.
Our new PM is a son of a pit worker.
Maybe the highbrow are right..only the upper class family's should have the right to run the country.

What you're saying is the USA government record keeping is so inept it can not tell if you are a citizen.

You can go on all you like about freedom of information as being a reason for not knowing a person's real identity but lets face it, if American security hasn't checked out Obama then there is something really wrong with the American security system.

Wow, you're right too, so many people so right about so mant things.

Yep President carter was talking about how he observed racism in the South all his life but now racism is across the country. Racist attitudes toward a Black President is evident everywhere in America.

On an asides to that.

I have been to America and I have seen the racism and social class sytem in full action and Carter is right, now the racism of the Southern states of America has been adopted by the rest of the States.

Most racist attitudes are spread by uneducated Red Necks not by Blacks and Hispanics.

A series of bashings and stabbings on Australia’s Indian students has come to a violent head, after a protest over the treatment of Indian students in Melbourne on Sunday.

This is from 2nd June,this year.

I stay clear of the "birther" groups.
I have enough confidence in our due process that I'm confident in the fact that we wouldn't have allowed someone that was ineligible to obtain the highest office in our land.
The man is our President. Let's debate his issues (or lack thereof) rather than his birthplace or race.

So, what you're saying is there is an overwhelming groundswell of racism by a majority of white Australians toward Indian students who pay to be educated here.

Truth is.....the thugs being arrested for beating up Indian students are predominantly Muslims from Middle East backgrounds.

Idians who are full fee paying students take places in our Universities and Colleges that could be filled by Lebanese Australians if they have the High school grades to make it that far.

You've come a long way from originally saying that Obama should be run out of office because he is not eligible to serve as President.

My only question regarding his birth was if his mother had lived here long enough to meet the requirements......
But I think those concerns were actually during his campaign.
Since his election, though, I just raise policy objections.
