The New York Times reported that "They were two words heard round the world by the intelligence experts and atomic inspectors who are trying to decipher the riddle of the Iranian nuclear program. On Monday evening, the chief of Iran's Atomic Energy Organization, Ali Akbar Salehi, told Iranian state television that he and his colleagues were 'working out a timetable for the inspection' of the just revealed nuclear site outside the holy city of Qum. Then Mr. Salehi said he was preparing a letter for international inspectors in Vienna 'about the location of the facility,' adding, cryptically, 'and others.' That got everyone's attention. Since the start of the Iranian standoff with the West seven years ago, some intelligence officials and inspectors have suspected that Tehran maintained a network of clandestine nuclear sites, projects and personnel that paralleled the nuclear program that Iran declared."

Nuclear weapons should not be held as a deterrent against other nations then Westerners could take the moral high ground and demand that other nations like Iran do not add to the nuclear weapon stockpile.

So let every nation have them?

Let every nation disarm so Iran does not feel threatened by a nuclear attack.

Iran should not be permitted to have a nuclear arsenal and America should not be permitted to be part of any invasion force to implement International law set down by the United Nations.

Try to understand it from the Iranian government’s point of view, I didn't say agree with them.

To Iran, their greatest enemy is America and Israel, both nations have nuclear weapons.

ABC News reported that "The daughter of one of Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's top advisers is seeking political asylum in Germany. After attending the German film festival Perspective, which showcases documentaries and features with a human rights focus, 25-year-old Iranian filmmaker Narges Kalhor has applied for political asylum in Germany. Her father is Mahdi Kalhor, who is Ahmadinejad's adviser on cultural affairs and a media spokesperson for the Iranian regime. Narges Kalhor studied film and graphics in Tehran and had been working for an advertising firm in the city. She has made seven short films, one of which was shown as part of a special section on Iran during the Perspective film festival which took place in Nuremberg last week. Her film "Darkhish," or "The Rake" is an adaptation of Franz Kafka's short story about torture in prison, "In The Penal Colony." Narges Kalhor was supposed to fly back to Iran on Tuesday.
