Anna
There is more to this masacre than an army medical officer not wanting to deploy to Iraq. Stories are starting to unfold about Hasan feeling as though he was being persecuted for his Islamic beliefs. It appears racism is alive and well in the USA armed forces. These are the stories that our predecessors did not account for when they decided to make our western countries more multi-cultural by including immigrants into our population mix. quote Fox News Soldiers reported that the gunman shouted "Allahu Akbar!" — an Arabic phrase for "God is great!" — before opening fire, said Lt. Gen. Robert Cone, the base commander. Neighbor: Fort Hood Suspect Emptied His Apartment Before Mass Shootings - Local News | News Articles | National News | US News - FOXNews.com |

"Give us you poor and huddled masses" sometimes means your crazies, too
![]() Just like a judge or cop that is found to be dirty, it brings into question the sanity of his previous patients. The guy was tasked with helping our fighting mene and women cope with PTSD. All the while he didn't even want to consider the thought that he may have to go over there. It's not like he'd be sent as a "grunt". He could've brought piece of mind to those kids. But, given his obvious leanings, I glad he didn't. He should be tried for treason and put in front of a firing squad.

Hortysir How many more people introduced to Western society have the same or similar treasonable thoughts ? I have to wonder why alarm bells weren't ringing just because of the traditional cloththing that Hasan wore. |

Probably alot. Or, at least, more than a few.
I can't see that as justification to close the borders. Let the system work. He'll get his. Don't punish the many for the stupid few... I didn't see the part about traditional attire. That's creepy, huh?! |

Hortysir
Please take all the worlds " Huddled Masses ", I don't want them to get into Australia and turn their hatred toward the people who defend us. I see incidents like this being a great reason to secure our borders. Integration has not worked. Australia has a problem with a generation of unemployed youth whose parents migrated from Middle East countries. The Islamic thugs I'm talking about are the ones who regard themselves as Lebanese Muslims. They were born in Australia, attended school in Australia but they refer to themselves as Lebanese but first of all they are Muslim. The Hasans of the Western world would have been better growing up in the poverty and war torn cities that their ancestors created for them. Hasan's traditional attire being creepy ? The only thing that was missing from the convenience store security footage to make it a complete comedy was Apu Nahasapeemapetilon working in the local Kwik-E-Mart. It's like 9/11. America let it's guard down and those that hate you took advantage of it. So best you start petitioning to get the Great Wall of Mexico built, here in Australia concerned citizens are calling for more border protection not less. As concerned international citizens, Australians would prefer to donate money to assist refugees to stay in their country of origin. |

THE Muslim US Army officer who massacred 13 American soldiers was being investigated by the FBI for supporting suicide bombers.
Police had been looking at Major Nidal Malik Hasan’s links to extremist websites weeks before the slaughter. Details surfaced yesterday exposing Hasan’s apparent praise for suicide bombers, comparing them to Japanese kamikaze pilots. And CCTV footage showed him smiling and dressed in traditional Muslim clothes as he stopped for breakfast only a few hours before he flipped. Witnessed heard him shout “Allahu akbar” – meaning “God is great” in Arabic – before opening fire. Hasan, 39, was on life-support last night and under armed guard after going berserk with two semi-automatic handguns at the Fort Hood military base in Texas. It emerged last night that his lethal attack was halted by a female police officer after he had slaughtered 13 troops and wounded another 31 in a 12-minute killing spree at America’s largest army base. Mother-of-one Sergeant Kimberly Munley, who was shot in the leg, has been hailed a heroine for ending the gun battle by shooting Hasan four times. Colleagues said Hasan, who was being posted to Afghanistan, had told his superiors he did not want to fight fellow Muslims. The army psychiatrist counselled soldiers suffering post-traumatic stress. His aunt Noel Hasan said hearing soldiers’ horrors of war had left him disturbed and she added: “He must have snapped.” His cousin, Nader Hasandescribed him as “a good American”. In one posting on an Islamic website the major compared bombers to brave soldiers who throw themselves on grenades to save others. On another he wrote: “If one suicide bomber can kill 100 enemy soldiers because they were caught off guard that would be considered a strategic victory.” President Barack Obama said: “It is difficult enough when we lose these brave Americans in battles overseas. “It is horrifying that they should come under fire at an army base on American soil.” Among the wounded was Amber Bahr, 19, who was speaking to her mum on the phone when she was hit in the stomach. Lisa Pfund said: “All of a sudden, she said: ‘I gotta go.’” *how about all the fellow muslim families he could have helped * |

a bit similiar...as trusted as a workmate???
just happened couple of days ago *************************** FIVE British soldiers have been killed by a rogue Afghan policeman, British and Afghan officials said today. The policeman turned on them and started firing inside a military compound. The soldiers, three from the Grenadier Guards and two from the Royal Military Police, died in the Nad-e’Ali district of Helmand Province yesterday afternoon. Their families have been informed. Army spokesman Lieutenant Colonel David Wakefield said: “The soldiers concerned were mentoring Afghan police. They were working inside and living inside an Afghan national police checkpoint.” He said: “It would appear, and it is our initial understanding, that an individual Afghan policeman possibly acting with another started firing within the checkpoint before fleeing the scene.” He stressed that the attack did not come as a result of any breakdown or fight between British and Afghan forces. The gunman’s whereabouts were unknown but British forces were making every effort to find him, military officials said. Prime Minister Gordon Brown paid tribute to the soldiers describing their deaths as a “terrible loss”. He said: “My thoughts, condolences and sympathies go to their families, loved ones and colleagues. I know that the whole country too will mourn their loss. “I pay tribute to their courage, skill and determination. They will never be forgotten. A UK military spokesman said: “Initial reports suggest that it was a member of the Afghan National Police who fired without warning. “The incident happened at a checkpoint and he fired before anyone could respond. |

There is nothing kneee jerk about something that has been festering away for too many years. If immigrants and refugees don't like the life style of the Western world then they should stay in the shit hole countries that their ancestors prepared for them. |
