Member Bashing--Please Read

i think this debate section needs to be moderated in the way it is because it can get nasty quite quickly.........

I know I am new to this site, however it is apparent there are different levels of treatment for people here.

If I become a paid member will I get away with things such as one member IMO? No holds bar and another being able to utter and suggest things that are inappropriate?

Do the mods get to post beastiality or can we all?

I am sincerely confused, I posted a few pics and they were deleted, yet I saw one mod post a dog having sex with a women and a man...redneck threesome I think it was called.

I have looked at various threads and have seens the cliques which exist and it is more than apparent if you are 'in' with a MOD you basically have a free ticket to misbehave.

If I go around and post hugs and kisses will that endear me to those that wield the powers and then I can act like a real person intermittently?

Overall I like this place but then again with these antics taking place it isn't all that and a bag of chips...

Oh, in closing why do the debaters seem to be held to a different standard than other members, I know they seem more intelligent but frankly just because they don't masturbate all over the roo means they should be picked on like nerds in Jr. HighSchool...Yes, Jr. HighSchool that is what I see...

Please elaborate and educate...

Why do the debators get moderated more than anyone else?

Why are they banned more frequently and their post deleted?

I can assure you that the debate section is no more moderated than any other area of Jokeroo (it actually has less mods than most other areas) and the members there will only get banned after frequent rule breaking or abusive behaviour (same as everywhere else) .

A select few debaters are treated "differently" from other members simply because they choose it to be that way. One of two just cannot seem to conduct themselves in a civilised manner and abusive behaviour towards others simply will not be tolerated.

If you choose to hang exclusively in the debate forum then that is your choice but don't expect to be allowed to get away with downright nasty behaviour just because you keep it in there.

I will post more detailed examples since it appears nobody can either understand the dynamics I speak of or just are to stubborn to admit it!

Rest assured I will do so in a polite, kissy, huggy way...

Now if my wife's girlfriend get pissed from my behavior I can't be held accountable can I?

Yup, lately this section has been heavily moderated after I asked where the mods were.. seems a little power trip was had..but thankfully it's settled down again... for now..
trouble usually only flares up around here when non debate posters enter and post "oodles of huggy" nonsense and debate regulars (usually myself flynn and mich) get pissed off with it.. Just my opinion, and doesnt mean i'm right
anyways merry christmas see ya on the forum

I not complaining, I am just trying to understand the way the board works so I can express myself without risk of upsetting the apple cart. I am sorry you saw this as a complaint. Wasn't my intention.

If I haven't polite enought as of yet I will try harder. However I must say, to state that I am complaining isn't very polite either. But yet again an example of the double stadard that seems to run rampid here on the roo...

You yourself cried out for more active moderation when there were several advertising threads made in Debate, we asked the admins for the same and it was provided. And not just here, everywhere got extra cover. So no, debate is not heavily moderated ... it is just moderated.

You cannot expect mods to remove advertising posts, yet ignore abusive posts.

I apologise, I was not trying to infer you had not been polite, I was merely stating that kissy kissy was not needed, just politeness.

As as for the complaints, I was referring to the point you raised about favouritism, not the questions you asked.
