 Yes I'm in alot of pain and I pay for it,believe you me. Sitting for long periods at a time,numbs me if you can understand that,so I try to stay in one spot which is usually at the computer lol,I am learning though,pretty soon I will be flat on my back,nothing a breakfast in bed tray can't handle though  I will be back in a little bit. I didn't know Marshall as you did but I knew him and it has saddend me greatly to hear of his passing. I need to have a moment  Love you all - big hugs n love
