Basic PSP9 Tutorials

1.Use your freehand selection tool,selection type..freehand,mode..replace.

Now holding down the left mouse button select the area where you wish to see breathing.



2.Now goto Layers ..duplicate.

3.Select the bottom layer(if you can't see it goto view..pallettes..layers)

Now goto effects..distortion..punch.
Make the strength number as 50 then click OK

Now select the top layer..goto effects..distortion..punch.
Make the strength number as 40 then click OK
Now goto selections..select none.

4.Now select the bottom layer and goto edit..copy.
Open the Animation Shop and goto edit..paste..as new animation.

5. Now back to PSP9,select the top layer and edit..copy.
Back to the Animation Shop and edit..paste..after current frame.

6.Now goto edit..select all.
Now goto Animation..Frame Properties.
Set the display time as 40 then click OK.

Now save the Animation.

This did work better using PSP12,but with the PSP12 the punch numbers were 17 and 7.
The display time for the PSP12 animation version was 50.

I need to know where to find the steps I put in bold... I did something wrong LOL here's mine

hun i think you did'nt select an area with your selection tool it looks like you did it without selecting a small area where you want it to breath ,you did it right but the whol pic is breathing instead of just part of it xxxxxxxxxxxxly Manzy

Hi Maggie hon, I did select the area I just didn't know how to do these two steps

I cant find the bottom and top layer LOL
