Thanks for the tube link.
The glitter using add noise was one thing I was experimenting with,
basically it's using add noise instead of using glitter.
I dont bother about all the saving pics, instead I find it simpler to goto copy the frames as I make them then goto animation shop and paste the frames one by one but everyone likes their own style.
This is the place to find the add noise if you want to experiment.

Thanks Essex, I am glad you liked it. I got the text a little closer using the grid but it still isnt completely right. That is gonna be a hard thing for me!
My problem with what Dragontears had all typed up, is that NONE of it made any sense. I know I am a bit blonder than most! I will play around with it and see if looking at the directions and the program will work any better. I am truly having alot of fun doing these!

This is the easiest way that I've found to add glitter to a picture

1.Open up the glitter in Animation shop then copy the frames and paste them into PSP all as new images.

2.Now open up the picture that you want to glitter.
Select the MAGIC WAND TOOL,make the mode..ADD,SHIFT,the tolerance 18,and the MATCH MODE..RGB
Then using the magic wand left click on the area that you want to glitter, keep clicking till you select all the area you want to glitter.
You may want to change the tolerance setting, everyone has their own preference.

3. Now click in the FOREGROUND STROKE PROPERTIES PAINTBOX,Then select PATTERN
Now use the down arrow to find the first frame of the glitter, then click OK

4.Now select the FLOOD FILL TOOL..It's the one above the TEXT TOOL.
Then left click inside the selected area to glitter it.
Then press CTRL and D on your keyboard to deselect the picture.

5.Now goto EDIT..COPY,Then open up the ANIMATION SHOP then goto PASTE..AS NEW ANIMATION.

6.Now back to the PSP,Click UNDO,you'll find that above the tolerance, use UNDO till the glitter has gone but the area is still selected.
Now click in the FOREGROUND and STROKE PROPERTIES,Then find the second glitter frame in the PATTERN section, then click OK.
Now select the FLOOD FILL TOOL and use that to glitter the selected areas again.
Then press CTRL and D to deselect the pic.
Goto EDIT..COPY then goto ANIMATION SHOP,goto EDIT..PASTE AFTER CURRENT FRAME.

7.Now back to the PSP Click undo till the glitter has gone and the selected area still selected, click in FOREGROUND and STROKE PROPERTIES,select the third glitter frame.
Then use the flood fill tool to glitter the selected areas again.Press CTRL and D to deselect.
Goto EDIT..COPY Then back to ANIMATION SHOP and EDIT..PASTE AFTER CURRENT FRAME.
Thats my animation finished as my glitter only had 3 frames,if yours has more carry on till all glitter frames have been used. You can play around with the animation timer till you get it just the speed you want it.

When you click on swatches it changes the paint choices just underneath swatches to texture.
The paint box should look the way it does in the screensave below.
Then when you click into foreground and stroke properties the material properties box should pop up.
Then click on the pattern tag, click on the down arrow then you should be able to find your glitter in there, they usually show up at the very top.

I wasnt sure which pic timers you were talking about so I used this one to kinda get an idea. The frame times on this were different, some were 11, some were 12 and some were 13, so I just made em all 20, does that help you any?
