That's great work in putting the letters together Arlene.
What you could do if you have a pic with background like that in the PSP
is goto layers..promote background layer,then use the magic wand with the mode as add and select all the background then goto edit..clear.
That will make the background transparent then you can goto selections..select none to deselect.
Now goto edit..copy then open the Animation Shop,goto edit..paste..as new animation then save the pic in Animation Shop as a gif
