Basic PSP9 Tutorials

Hi everyone i have just had an email from kipper ,he says he is battered and bruised and he wont win any beauty contest , so i told him it,s whats in the inside that count,s and to give it a few weeks and he will look even more handsome . Has enyone heard from Rich yet

hi everyone,

im almost at the tage where i can take part in this tutorial, lmao, iv still a prob tho thats stopping me, and that is.

iv installed psp 9 again, and i was about to downlaod the pic tubes and glitter again to replace what i had before, but, when i do you have to save them into certain folders obviosuly, so i go and look, but there are no psp folders iv sone a search and there are only the install psp icons and those folders, they dont show plugins, pic tubes, brushes anything,


plllllllllleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeese someone help me?? shooting me may be the only option here i think, lol

We won't shoot you Beks, Kipper might tease ya a bit when he gets back but that's about it!
If its tubes and sparkles, you have to open them in PSP then go to file and export to the picture tubes folder. The glitter you just save to a folder that you can get to easily and when you open it use the Animation shop to get the frames. I hope this helps.

I did some homework last night and here's the results;

I want to do this one again with a different picture, its nice but I can do better;




This one was cool and I played around with the settings and didn't follow the instructions exactly, for example I left the name off the pic and kept the tube inside the frame, I also reversed the skew because the trees didn't look right when I did it the way the Prof. told us.



and saved as a jpeg instead of a gif because I didn't like the shadow in the gif;




Then I started over with a different color for the frame and really played with the settings and effects to get this;



I forgot to give the name the same settings and effects as the frame and corrected it on this one, which I think is the best of them all;



I don't think anyone should be afraid to experiment with the settings and effects, you never know what you'll come up with. After all after the basic course I took on Photoshop it is how I taught myself lots of other stuff they didn't teach me.

yes thats helpful huny, but the prob is that no files within psp can be found, no brushes folder, pic tube folder, plugin folder, nothing, just the folder with the install icon.

If you click on the browse icon..it's the one that looks like 2 draws, then you should be able to find the folders there.
