HEY EVERYONE...

I AM SORRY I HAVENT BEEN ON TO MUCH. BEEN HAVEING A ROTTON WEEK. STILL TRYING TO GET MY TRUCK BACK. WE WERE SO LUCKY TO RECIEVE THE MONEY TO PAY FOR MY TRUCK FROM MY HUBBIES BOSS. ALL WAS GOING WELL THEN TWO DAYS AGO WE PUT THE MONEY INTO OUR ACCOUNT AND IT ALL WENT THROUGH YESTERDAY AT 3:00PM, SO THEY GAVE US A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL 30 MINS. AFTER WE LEFT THE BANK TO FIND OUT WHERE THE TRUCK WAS SO WE COULD PICK IT UP. WHEN WE CALLED THE NUMBER THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE US IN THERE COMPUTER SYSTEMS! SO THEY HAD US GO BACK TO OUR BANK AND HAVE THEM CALL, WELL WHEN WE DID THEY TOLD US MY TRUCK ( WHICH IS NOW PAID FOR AND OWNED OUTRIGHT BY US,) WAS TAKEN TO CHICAGO ILL, ON A CAR CARRIER TO BE AUCTIONED!! NOW WE HAVE TO GO THERE AND GET IT AND BECAUSE THE AUCTION HOUSE IS NOW CLOSED FOR THE WEEKEND, WE NOW HAVE TO PAY 35 DOLLARS A DAY STORAGE FEES AND SOME SORT OF RETAINER FEE ALSO BEFORE WE CAN RECIEVE MY TRUCK. PLUS IT WILL COST FOR THE GAS TO GET THERE AND GAS TO PUT INTO MY TRUCK TO GET IT HOME, ALSO, THE TIME OFF FROM BOTH OF OUR JOBS TO GO AND GET IT!. THE STUPID BANK SAYS ITS NOW OUT OF THERE HANDS AND THEY CANT DO ANYTHING TO HELP US AT ALL. ALSO ITS ALL LEAGLE I FIND OUT TOO!!
I HATE THE WELLS FARGO BANK!!!!
OTHER THAN THAT, WE ARE ALRIGHT AND I MISS YOU ALL!!
I WILL TRY TO GET ON AS SOON AS I CAN BUT WONT BE HOME TO MUCH FOR A FEW DAYS. TAKE CARE ALL!!!

I checked it and the reason it flashed was because the first frame didn't have any glitter on.
I took the first frame out and it looks great

It can be done but I wouldn't like to attempt it,lol.
It'll be like when you have a notepad with drawings and you flick the pages to make it move

Renee asked me about how to make the misted tubes thatwe sometimes recieve.
I've never done that myself,I get all my tubes sent to me.
I've looked around though and found a tutorial that explains how to do it,

This tutorial is how to make your own wallpaper pic for your computer.You'll need a rectangle picture for your background,mine was the dark background picture.
It needs to be one that won't look warped when resized to 800 lenth x 600 height.
You'll also need a picture tube that you want to add to the background.

1.First thing to do is open the background picture in the PSP9,
next goto image..resize,
near the bottom you'll see lock aspect ratio..untick that.
Now where it says pixel dimensions there will be a box that says either pixels or percent.
If it says percent then use the drop down to select pixels.
Now change the size to 800 lenth x 600 height.then click OK.

2.Because of the large size you'll now need to goto view..zoom..out until you can see the whole pic to be able to work on it.
Now add a new raster layer,then add the picture tube onto the background.
If you need to make the picture tube any larger or smaller change the scale.
Place the tube where you want it using the move tool,remember that you may need to add text and also space is needed for your desktop icons.
Check where my tube of the woman is placed if you need any help.
Once placed goto effects..3d effects..drop shadow.
Select the default settings by clicking on the curved arrow near the top,then click OK.
Now goto layers..merge..merge all all flatten.

3.Now if you wish to add text add a new raster layer.
Now select the text tool and choose the text colour,size and font.
Create as floating.
Add the text,to get the layout of the text lines right just put the flashing cursor before each line of text and move into posistion using the spacebar.
Then add a drop shadow to the text like you did the picture tube.
Now goto layers..merge..merge all flatten.
Now save it somewhere where it's easy to find it.

That's the wallpaper finished,now to see what it's like on the desktop,
You dont need to apply it if you dont want to,you could just save it in the desktop options.

4.To add it to the desktop right click on the desktop in any blank space,
goto properties then left click to open the properties toolbox.
Now click on the desktop tab then use the browse to find your wallpaper.
You'll see in the preview what your wallpaper would look like as a desktop.
If you want to use it then add apply,if not just close the properties box without clicking apply.

To show what your wallpaper looks like please could you make a copy of the pic resized to no more than 500 lenth so the pages don't get stretched.
Also dont forget to click in the lock aspect ratio when you resize so that it's ready for resizing any other pics.
