Aurora, great job with the snowman, hopfully when he gets even it will only be a snow lady and not something worse. If you need the computer do what I do, let your kid have it for a little while and then tell them MY TURN, and hog it for the rest of the night!

Arlene, if you want to share a pic without using it in PSP as a tube then just save it as a jpeg, if you want to use it as a tube then save it as the psp, tub, or tube format. I have a separate folder just for tubes that I hopefully will use sometime.

Last night he came in with a wicked look on his face. He kept giving me that smile my sons do when they've been up to something. I said "What did you do to my car?" He just laughed and said, "You mean the white, round one?"

The Brat didn't do anything to my car but lined the counter with pennies before he left.... LOL

Usually my son says "My Turn" and hogs the computer all day and night... lmao! But Tomorrow is my day off.. *happy dance* I'll get the computer after my appointment. *smiles*

Lol, I thaught it was only my house that had time allotments for the computer. No wonder my electricity bill is high. When im not on it, nathan is and frank slots himself in whenever lol, but he isnt as crazy about the comp as we are.

Thats great that you managed to do that,
the not animating musthave happened when it was resized for the avator as the size is a little to large and also the animation size is over 3 times the allowed limit.

This tutorial is how to make the snowy Christmas tags.
I know most will already know how to do this but I felt I couldn't leave it out now it's time for the Christmas tags.
You'll need a background picture,a picture tube to add onto the picture,
and VDL Adrenoline..Snowflake plugin.
YOU CAN GET THAT IF YOU DONT HAVE IT BY CLICKING HERE

1.Open up your background picture in the PSP9,
Now add a new raster layer by going to layer..new raster layer.
Use the picture tube tool to add your picture tube then use the move tool to move the tube where you wish to have it on the background then goto layers..merge..merge all..flatten.

2.Now add a new raster layer then add your name or/and text and use the move tool to move the name into place then goto layers..merge..merge all flatten.
Now goto effects..plugins..VDL Adrenaline..snowflakes.
(it might be under VanDerLee Snowflakes)
Then make these the settings,then click OK.then goto layers..merge..merge all flatten.

AMOUNT 10,MINIMUM 0,MAXIMUM 20,HARDNESS 80,TRANSPARENT 0,
COLOUR..Basic Snow,Random Seed 0.


3.Now goto edit..copy then open up the Animation Shop then goto edit..paste as new animation.

4.Now back to the PSP and click undo twice or goto edit..undo twice.
This gets rid of the snow ready for the next section of snow.
Now goto effects..plugins..VDL Adrenaline..Snowflakes.
Keep all the settings the same except RANDOM SEED,move that up 1.then click OK.

5.Now goto edit..copy then back to the Animation Shop and goto edit..paste..after current frame.

6.Now continue with 4 and 5 until you have 4 frames of your snowy sig in Animation Shop.
Then save as a gif.
Thats your snow sig finished,hope you enjoyed doing it.

Someone asked a little while ago how to get the UNDO tool back again in the PSP9 as she had lost it by accident.
Sorry I just remembered to reply about that,just goto view..toolbars..standard.
That should put it back again.

The frame has to be square or rectangle for this picture.
You goto image..picture frame,then play around with the frame inside image ect..settings till you get the look you like.
If your frame isnt in the frame section yet you need to open it up in the PSP,
it should have a transparent center,if it doesnt goto layers..promote background layer.
Use the magic wand to select all the parts of the frame that needs to be transparent,
ie the center,then goto edit clear.
With the center transparent goto file..export..picture frame.
Name the frame then click SAVE
