I SAW THIS IN A PSP TUTORIAL,MAYBE THIS COULD HELP YOU FIND THE TOOLBARS YOUR MISSING???/ ALL LOVE & LIGHT! WITCHYREDROSE.
Right-click in any free space in the workspace and select Customize from the context menu. ![]() To select which toolbars are displayed, click the Toolbars tab. Mark the check boxes next to the names of the toolbars you want to display. ![]() During this session, you will be able to either add tools/commands to or remove tools from all visible toolbars. You can turn off, or hide, any of the toolbars by clearing the check box next to its name. Notice that you cannot hide either the Menu Bar, the Layer Palette Toolbar, or the History Toolbar. As distributed by Jasc, PSP 9 has the Standard, Photo, and Script toolbars enabled across the top, just below the Menu Bar, and the Tools toolbar docked vertically along the left side of the workspace. For demonstration purposes in this tutorial, be sure the Tools toolbar is checked. STEP 2 To remove a tool from a toolbar, click the item and drag it to an area without a toolbar - like into the workspace. Release the mouse button anywhere when you see the cursor change to this shape, and the tool is gone:__________________ ![]() thanks hun i have printed this so i will try it tomorrow.god bless and well done

This tutorial is how to make a mosaic signature.
You'll need a picture tube that you want to use for the main picture in your sig. 1.Once you've got a tube that you want to use then open a new image in the psp9. You do that by clicking on the white sheet in the top left hand corner. Make these the settings. ![]() 2.Now click in the foreground and stroke properties paint box. Choose the style that you want your background. It can be Colour,Gradient or Pattern. Once you've chose the way you want your background.. I'm choosing Gradient..Red Orange Yellow. But it's entirely up to you. Once you have chose make sure you tick the TEXTURE box. There's 3 choices of CANVAS there, choose one. I'm choosing Canvas course. ![]() 3.Now select the FLOOD FILL TOOL then left click on the paper to make the background. Mine now looks like this. ![]() 4.Now goto LAYERS..NEW RASTER LAYER,Then click OK. Now you need to select the PICTURE TUBE TOOL,Its two above the flood fill tool. Then select the Picture tube that you're using for your sig from the dropdown box in the top left hand corner next to presets. 5.Now change the size to 80 by changing the number where it says SCALE at the top center. Then left click on the canvas to insert your picture tube. Now goto ADJUST..SHARPNESS..SHARPEN. Then goto EFFECTS..TEXTURE EFFECTS..MOSAIC ANTIQUE. Then make these the settings. ![]() 6.Now use the MOVE TOOL to move the mosaic over to the top right hand corner. It should use around half of the lenth,we need enough room to put another pic the same size alongside it so if theres not enough room use the RASTER DEFORM TOOL to resize it. You'll find that under the hand...Now it should look something like this. ![]() 7.Now goto LAYER..NEW RASTER LAYER. Then once more use the PICTURE TUBE TOOL to place the picture tube onto the sig, just like last time. Now goto ADJUST..SHARPNESS.SHARPEN. Now goto IMAGE..MIRROR. Now goto EFFECTS..TEXTURE..MOSAIC ANTIQUE. Then use the MOVE TOOL to move the mosaic along the top left hand side to mirror the right hand side picture. If it needs resizing use the RASTER DEFORM TOOL. It should now look like this. ![]() 8.Now goto LAYERS..NEW RASTER LAYER. Use the PICTURE TUBE to add a third image but this time make the SCALE 85. Then move the picture to the Center then down a little. Now goto EFFECTS..3D EFFECT..DROP SHADOW. Then make these the settings. ![]() 9.Repeat the DROP SHADOW,but this time make the VERTICAL -5 and the horizontal 5. Then goto LAYERS..MERGE..MERGE VISIBLE. Now click in the FOREGROUND and STROKE PROPERTIES BOX. Make the colour BLACK and UNTICK THE TEXTURE BOX. Then click in the BACKGROUND and FILL PROPERTIES. And make the BACKGROUND..RED. 10.Now click on the TEXT TOOL,Make the SIZE 48, Create as FLOATING,choose your FONT,and click the B..To make it BOLD. Type your name onto the signature, use the move tool to place the name where you want it on the sig then goto SELECTS..SELECT NONE,Then LAYERS..MERGE..MERGE ALL..FLATTEN. 11.Now goto IMAGE..ADD BORDERS Make these the settings but in yours make the colour a colour that is not in the picture. ![]() 12.Now use the MAGIC WAND TOOL with the TOLERANCE at 10 to select the BORDER. Then click in the FOREGROUND and STROKE PROPERTIES BOX. Choose a COLOUR,PATTERN or GRADIENT,that you want your border. I'm using GRADIENT..METELLIC GOLD. Then use the FLOOD FILL TOOL to colour the BORDER. 13.Now goto EFFECTS..3D EFFECT..INNER BEVEL. Make these the settings. ![]() 14.Now goto EFFECTS..3D EFFECTS..DROP SHADOW. The settings are already there from before so just click OK. Then goto SELECTIONS..SELECT NONE. Now goto ADJUST..ONE STEP PHOTOFIX. Decide if you liked it before the photofix,if you did click UNDO. If you prefer it after the photofix dont. Now it's finished..SAVE THE PIC as a JPG This is my finished Mosaic Sig.
