Ann Arbor stuff

This is interesting, when I am driving my mother to work, I see many different states on License plates. What I notice is that out of state drivers are most likely to do something stupid that would put me in the hospitol. As for drivers of the Ann Arbor area, it is the same with only a 1% difference.

Random thing

There is a subway that is right next door to a animal hospitol. Next random thing, I went to the animal hospitol to get my pet check up on before I ever went to the Subway. I also have been to the Subway more than the animal hospitol.

I was driving in the construction area and someone was headin at me the other way on the one way street. I was in for a shock and I am quite surprised I got outta that one with all of my sanity.

U OF M STUDENTS

If you think Ann Arbor is crazy, you won't believe this. We are about 45 mins on the highway from Detroit which is where all of the casinos are and where the auto industry is getting hammered really badly. If those U of M students ever had a car and gas was where they could afford a trip, it would be to Detriot for some "fun". I am not going to go into any more details since I am sure we all have our own creative imagination to figure what they would do.

LOL! That happens on a street near me! It is pretty much one way streets all the way around! I guess they are only going one way in their mind~!

U of M stadium

holds over 100,000 people(wow that is a lot of mouths to feed!)

Also it is the biggest freakin hole in the city. It is going under a major makeover that has forced their team to practice on my former high school's football field. They are getting sued, by physically disabled people since when they first built this thing, they forgot to put seats for them and access points. That is one big oops that I am glad I didn't make.

rather many angry drivers!

When there is a game, you know that more than 100,000 people are going to be there for the game. What you aren't aware of is the number of people who head into the city to try to make a profit out of the above mentioned people. I once was trying to get to a store that is barely 1 mile into the city and traffic for the game (which I wasn't aware of) was so bad to where it took me 30 extra mins to get to where I was going. I took my driver's test on the highway on a game day and it was packed like the stadium. I am glad that I was able to pass it despite that.
in conclusion
avoid the city on a game day
traffic is bad
really bad

but things get better

I have heard from several sources that the people who come to these games are quite crazy. One of my sources has even said that things are so crazy, they would just get tickets to watch it up close since none of the tv networks that cover our games focus on it. I have seen some pictures of these, and all I have to say is that everytime my sources have spoken, I have never had a reason to doubt them.
