And just who defines what is funny and what is not........that is a fine line that it seems too few have a say in.

When I signed up for this so called adult humor site, I was asked my age, and found that there was an ADULT section for me to enjoy - now in the shirt time I have been here, that seems to have changed - adults are now being treated as children and actual underage children are being allowed into what was supposed to be an adult site. Okay, so now we call it mature, say no porn, nothing about nudity, just porn, but nudity gets nailed just as quickly, and last time I checked, Webster's definition of porn and nudity were two completely different things. Is it out of hand? No, but is it a problem? Okay, case by case, maybe so. But if its a vanilla no frills no sex, nothing adult about it, I say we rename it Romper Room! I think most of us adults can find somewhere else to go and not face this kind of nonesense. I didnt come here to see kids act as adults or adults be treated as kids - if we have to have censorship over every word, every pic, then whats the point of calling it 'mature'? There isnt one, and its ambiguious at best as to just what is defined as adult humor. I think most would agree about no porn, and understand it as well. But deleting an entire thread, and one of the MOST SUCESSFUL ones on the roo is an over reaction. I would ask that the mods reconsider their decision to delete stress test, or have to delete several others who have just as much of the same content. The deltion wasnt fair to the thread's creators, nor many of the people who post there. For the few who have broken the rules, thats what the PM is for, and thiose would complain about it to anyone other than the offender are just as wrong. Some if the offenders were already directed to delete their posts for being too explicit, and were in the process when the thread was deleted by a different mod. Where is the fairness in that? And are they going to delete the other threads that were here before the rule changes that still contain the so called porn from the days when this was an ADULT site?
Commen sense and some fairness are in order, other wise the roo is going to lose a lot of faithful members.

In the case of the Stress Test the originator (myself) was never even given the courtesy of a PM or an answer to the Pm I sent. Like I was totally ignored by the Mods. Yet I can go thru todays threads and see pics not toons but pics of human sex organs on display in threds and nothing happens. The same organs people are told cannot be in the sigs too. Is there a double standard going on? Are we playing favorites or politics?
Maybe I sound Bitter but When I see a thread with so many people enjoying themselves on for 6 months and listed as one of the Roos most popular or coolest threds get wiped off the face of the Roo without as much as a how do you do, it pisses me off. 25,000 posts 200,000 views, 1700 pages of Rooers enjoying themselves, the 20,000 posts earned by one rooer actually almost to the 25,000 posts mark herself, knocked back to 16,000 wasted at the whim of a single person with no recourse given.

This was our motto....and still is! A thread that was started and given POD by JOKAROO. Continued and carried for months by the members of the ROO. Joined by new and old members continuously every day. It started as a thread by few, and grew to a home for a family of members that didnt want to just have fun (something that the ROO is supposed to be about) but wanted to talk, laugh, support, and most of all, pray and enjoy one another.
All were welcome!! No ROO member was ever denied a seat or a place to lay their head on the bus. No ROO member was ever told to go find another thread to tell about their problems. No ROO member was ever told to go cry on another thread. No Roo member was ever told to find another thread to ask for prayers. No ROO member was told to find a thread where they belonged cuz all the ROO could belong on the LOVE BUS. That is why it grew from a few to so many ROO members in just a short time.
For us, the LOVE BUS meant more than just another thread to type a 5, 6 , 7 word reply. It was a place to relax, relieve stress and be with friends that cared about what you had to say. Cared about how ur day went.
We knew we all and ALL ROO MEMBERS could come to the bus and not have to put up with the bickerin, the bitchin, name callin, annoynomous bad rep points. Bottom line: the bullshit that has infested the rest of the ROO. I know that all are tired of this on a site that so many have come to love and call home. But to have a thread with over 25000 posts on it without as much as a arguement. Show me a thread that can say that. Some threads dont make it thru the 1st page without a arguement breakin out. That is amazin. Just as amazin as it was to have it all taken with the push of a button!!!
If the Mods or J-Master reads this post....I ask that they reconsider the deletion of "THE STRESS TEST" thread and give us back what we have built as our home here on the best site on the net. Because the "LOVE BUS" made the ROO the best for so many of us.
