The reason for the information being hard to find is that since then we have the new Jokeroo 2.0
As far as I'm aware you should now be able to make new threads yourself,
there are still benefits to becoming full member such as access to the vault though.

Go to your User CP..Miscellaneous..Paid Subscriptions.
(you'll find your user CP near the top left hand corner of the page)

In the over 13 funny pics there's allowed to be nudity as long as it isn't to graphic and contains humour.
