so you clicked on BROWSE in tinypic, saw your pic on your computer, clicked on it, clicked on OPEN, clicked on UPLOAD and then what happened?

it's not in a proper format then, at least that's my guess, how did you save it from the email?

ok, but we've got to find where the problem is ... you downloaded it to your desktop? do you not have a My Pictures folder?

you're welcome, how are you saving it, by downloading it or by right clicking on the pic and saving it that way?
