my "code guy" told me that photo impact is how Kipper get stuff to animate out of frame and leaves the picture intact behind it.
Is that true Kip?

Photo Impact is what 2manytears uses too, instead of PSP

Never used photo impact in my life...lol Psp does all of that and more, just knowing how to do it is all. Can you give me an example of what you are talking about?
