That still stands,the difference with this one is that if there's a good enough reason you can stop someone replying in one of your threads.
If you report a post and that person continues to reply with posts you consider should be deleted you can stop them from making any more reply's on your thread.

Ok so what if a person is just VERY irritatiing or annoying{

Yours Truly} to a certain person that started the specific thread? Does that mean the irritating person will get banned from that thread just because someone thinks he/she is annoying? Does this mean that others will be left out of threads that a person starts that does not like certain people?

Not trying to stir stuff up just wondering......

nope, the reason for a thread ban would have to be validated by a moderator, probably essex lol

Depends what's happening to make the thread starter think it's being irritating/annoying.
If it's reason enough for the thread starter to think the threads being ruined by it then they can ask for a thread ban.
It would have to be for a good enough reason though.
