Good to hearfrom you. Me--I am doing fine. My wife is doing fine.

My son well???---He's ok & playing around the house but he has a runny nose.

WE give him Tylenol childrens drops. He's fun. I too have a little

runny nose. But I'm taking TEA w/ Echenaceia in it. That helps.

Smile SCALLOPED CHICKEN - Increase as Needed

SCALLOPED CHICKEN

4 chicken breasts boiled & cubed
2 boxes of Chicken Flavored Stove Top Dressing
1 can chicken broth
3 tbs. of flour
1 cup of milk

Follow the directions to make the Stove Top. Mix the chicken cubes into the Stove Top with a fork. In a skillet, put about 1/4 cup of chicken broth. Then add the flour and mix together till not lumpy. (You may want to do this in a blender or food processor). Turn the heat to medium. As it starts to bubble, keep adding the rest of the chicken broth. Then add the milk. Add salt & pepper (to your own taste). Let this cook down until you have a thick white sauce. Pour the the white sauce over the stuffing /chicken mix and mix together. Place in baking dish (pre-sprayed with Pam makes clean-up easier).
Then put in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for about an hour.

Serve with a nice salad or veggie side dish and enjoy!!!

Talking Corn, Clack Bean & Salsa/Veggie Dish

Corn, Black Bean & Salsa Salad/Veggie Dish

1 15 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can black beans, rinsed & drained
1 cup (or more! ~ to taste) salsa

Combine all incredients in a large bowl. Chill well for at least one hour. Serve as a salad or side dish. Especially good with chicken or pork.

This can also be used like a dip with thick chips ~ and you can increase the

Also, it's a great dish to take for Pot Lucks!!

ENJOY!!!

Ok Jon, Here's Mine. Called Hamburger Pizza.

Mix Up Ground Meat Like Youare Going To Make Homemade Hamburgers, Or A Meat Loaf And Spread The Meat Across A Shallow Cookie Sheet. You Use The Meat As The Shell For The Pizza. And Any And All Toppings You Wish, After You Put The Pizza Sauce Over The Meat. Sausage, Pepperoni, Green And Or Red, And Yellow Peppers, Any Combination There {to Your Taste}
You Canuse Onions Too. I Use 4 Cheese {grated} Pks, 1 Or Two Pks, Depending On Your Taste, And Bake In Oven At 350 Degrees. Its Really Simple And Easy, And You Don't Have To Bake It All Day. It Takes About 1 1/2 Hrs At 350. It Is A Meal In Itself. You Can Make It As Big Or Small As You Want. If Anybody Tries It, Let Me Know How You Did, And How It Tasted. Good Luck. I Hope I Made It Simple Enough. I Have Made This For The Last 15 20 Yrs.
Bert
