i have one, my mom actually made this one up.

its a sandwich
you need:
2 pieces of bread
1 banana sliced
peanut butter and mayo

I usually put mayo on one piece of bread and then peanutbutter on the other piece and the banana in the middle. I know it sounds weird but it taste good!!!

HI Angels'Mom This talk of food has me going [ SWEET & SOUR STIR FRY]
2 cups instant whole grain brwn rice----combine in micro-w-safe dish cover& cook
1&3/4 cup water brands may vary ----on high 7 minutes]

8oz pork tenderloin or 2 skinless ---meanwhile trim meat
boneless chicken breast(halves)---Slice into strips or cube tofu. set aside.
or 12 oz tofu

1 onion----------------On a clean cutting board,cut vegtables
1 bunch broccoli-------into small pieces,keeping piles separate.

2 cans----(8oz each)pineapple tidbits, >>>>drain the juice into a 2 cup measuring cup
----in its own juice, drained >>Add orange juice or water to equal 2/4 cup of
liquid.

1 T Corn starch---stir into the pineapple juice. Set mix aside.
2 T soysauce, reduced sodium/

1 T Oil (canola or sesame)--Heat a large skillet or wok.Add oil & spices.Then add
1 tsp minced garlic (2 cloves)--meat & onions. Stir-fry 4 min. or untilmeat is cooked.
1 tsp Ginger(grated taste best)--Stir pineapple juice mix & add to wok.

3 T slivered almonds or chopped---Add the pineapple,broccoli,& almond slivers.
almonds or cashews------Cover & let simmer on medium-low heat for 3 to 4min
Serve immediately over rice,while broccoli is still bright green.
SERVES 4

Wahini Pudding
Serves 8 Rich in Vitamin A


You'll Need

1/2 cup powdered milk
1 cup thick coconut milk
6 slices bread, diced (2 cups)
1 can (234 g) DEL MONTE Fresh Cut Pineapple Chunks
1/2 cup sugar
2 pcs eggs, lighlty beaten
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup red sago (tapioca), cooked
2 tbsp melted margarine

Here's How

COMBINE powdered milk, coconut milk and bread. Let stand for 30 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except sago and margarine. Reserve some pieces of pineapple chunks for garnish, if desired. Blend the mixture well.

CARAMELIZE 1/4 cup sugar in an aluminum or metal mold. Arrange pieces of sago and DEL MONTE Fresh Cut Pineapple Chunks in the same mold. Pour in bread mixture. Cover with wax paper. Steam for 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

WHITE BREAD:4 LOAVES*
40 MINS@ 350*


4 CUP SCALDED MILK
2 PKG. YEAST,SOFTENED
1/2 CUP LUKEWARM WATER
4 TSP. SALT
2 TBLS. SHORTNING
12 CUPS FLOUR

Combine milk,sugar,salt and shortning in a lg bowl,cool to lukewarm.Add 6 c. flour and beat til smooth-stir in yeast that has been softened by 1/2 c. lukewarm water.Add enough flour to make soft ball,knead in remaining flour til smooth and springy.Place in greased bowl-let rise 2x -- place in greased bread pans--let rise til double in size._____________bake and enjoy!

Chicken Meat Rolls
Serves 6 Rich in Vitamin A


You'll Need

1/4 kg ground chicken meat
1 can (140 g) Vienna sausage, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 pouch (130 g) DEL MONTE Italian Style Spaghetti Sauce
1 egg
100 g carrot, coarsely grated
2 slices bread, cut into cubes
1/4 cup raisins

Here's How

COMBINE all ingredients with 3/4 tsp iodized fine salt (or 2-1/4 tbsp iodized rock salt) and 1/4 tsp pepper. Mix thoroughly.

WRAP every 3/4 cup of mixture in foil. Roll. Steam for 1 hour. Cool and chill overnight. Unwrap and slice.
