You Will Need 4 cups air-popped popcorn Toasted fresh pumpkin seeds or 3 cups shelled sunflower nuts 2 cups honey graham cereal, round sweetened bran cereal or round toasted oat cereal 1 1/2 cups lightly salted dry-roasted mixed nuts or peanuts 1 1/2 cups candy corn or gumdrops 1 1/2 cups raisins What to Do 1. In a large bowl, stir together the popped popcorn, pumpkin seeds, honey graham cereal, mixed nuts, candy corn and raisins. 2. To store, place in a tightly covered container. Makes about 12 cups.

2. Transfer the pumpkin seeds to a colander. Thoroughly rinse the pumpkin seeds under cold running water, rubbing the seeds between your fingers until the pulp and strings are washed off. Drain well. 3. Preheat the oven to 300°F. In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine 3 cups of the pumpkin seeds, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil and 1 teaspoon salt; stir to coat well. Spread the seeds onto a baking sheet. Bake for 65 to 70 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp, stirring often to brown the seeds evenly. Cool to room temperature. To store, place in a tightly covered container (will keep for 1 week). Makes 3 cups.

CHEESE STUFFED TURKEY BURGERS
![]() Prep: 15 Min. Start to Finish: 30 Min. Makes 12 Burgers 3 pounds ground turkey breast 1 to 2 jalapeno chilli, seeded and chopped. 1 cup diced Monterey Jack Cheese with japeno peppers 3/4 teaspoons pepper 1 1/2 cups Old Elpaso Thick 'n Chunky Salsa 12 hambugerbuns,split and toasted. 12 slices tomato, additional Old Elpaso Thick n Chunky Salsa, if desired. 1. Heat coals or gas grill.Mix turkey, chilies,cheese,pepper and 1 1/2 cups salsa. Shape mixture into 12 patties about 3/4 thick. 2. Cover and grill patties 4 to 6 inches from medium heat 12 to 15 min, turning once,until no longer pink in the center. 3. Serve on buns with tomato slices and additional salsa.

SALMON PATTIES
![]() Prep:15 Min Start to Finish: 27 Min. Makes 4 sandwiches 1 cup soft bread crumbs(about 1 1/2 slices bread) Lettuce leaves 4 tablespoon pepper 8 medium green onions finely chopped (1/2 cup) 2 eggs slightly beaten 1 can ( 14 3/4 ounces) red salmon skin and bone removed,drained & flaked. 2 tablespoons butter or margarine 4 whole wheat hamburger buns,slpit. 1.Mix all ingredients except butter,buns,lettuce and dill dip in medium bowl. Shape mixture into 4 patties,using heaping 1/2 cupfuls for each patty. 2. Melt butter in 10 inch nonstick skillet over medium heat.Cook patties in butter over medium heat 10 to 12 minutes,turning once,until brown and cooked through. 3. Fill with lettuce,salmon patties and dill dip.

Thats Ok Paw Paw I Can't Harldy Cut Copy & Paste Either.
What I Do Is--- I Do The "Save As" On my Pics And I Write Down the ingredients and instructions on Paper & Then I pull my pics with The Roo Uploader, I Just Copy my Info And post It.

FRESH BAKED FISH IN LETTUCE POCKETS
![]() 6 Large lettuce leavens or 12 small lettuce leaves 1 medium carrot, shredded 1 small zucchini,shreded 1 1/2 fresh or frozen (thawed) fish fillets cut into 6 serving pieces 1 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves salt & pepper to taste 2 tablspoons butter or margarine 1. Heat oven to 400 F. Place a few lettuce laves at a time in hot water. 2. Mound a portion of the carrot and zucchini near stem end of each lettuce loaf. Place 1 piece fish on vegtables. Sprinkle w/ marjoram, salt and pepper; dot w/butter. 3. Fold lettuce leaf over fish;place seam side down in ungreased rectagular baking dish, 13X9X2 inches ( vegtables should be on on top of fish). Cover and bake 25 to 30 min or until fish flakes easily with fork.
