That in fact is a stat header and has a watermark on it........if it's been glittered up and animated and it's the size that it is.........it's a stat.........no one that I know of makes tags that big..............so yes it is someone's stat header and I will have to look in my stylebox to see who it did in fact belong to but I'd rather not bring anymore people in here to have threads deleted on you guys

A stat or stationary is something created to use in incredimail. It is a free program you can download and can create "paper" so to speak to use with the program..

a watermark is a creators personal calling card I guess for lack of a better description? You'll see on simones work her name.. and on wildchild's her name.. etc etc etc.. on mine you will either see ©msy or tagg'dbymsy somewhere.

some artists have terms that have to be met before they allow their art to be used.. and some requirement payment.. IE) the gild artist. Generally their watermarks are left in place out of respect and also terms of usage.. Some artist do not allow anyone to use their work though.. jennifer janesko being one of them.. she sues people..

And yes anyone can sut off the stuff they aren't supposed to.. however.. what brought this about was that certain watermarks could still be seen.. IE) simones.. and that was how it was able to be determined it was her work being used..

Now I can't speak for anyone else.. but the threads were deleted as far as I know becuz there were soo many images used hat were not allowed that there would be no fessible way to go ahead and delete them to make it ok.. least that's how I understood it.

I just stated that I can't speak for everyone as to why something was deleted.. but only what I felt.

Ultimately.. you nor I will know the real reason the thread was deleted.. but chances are good that is was done to keep safety purposes .. and only the mod or owner can attest to that. It might also have been deleted becuz there was a lot of animosity in it as well.

Right now I have gone out of my way and given my time to be helping.. yet I am still getting attacked. I have managed to hold my cool right now.. but I certainly can see why others who have tried to help have given up.

I have no power to control or close a thread. There are only a select few who can. Perhaps if people are curious as to why it closed that a message to them might be in order?

I know you are just trying to help and that you are not trying to be rude, but try to explain and you are telling others that it isn't there fault that they don't know what they can and can not use. It really is a nice thing you are doing here with the whole actually letting us know how you feel and also it's very much apperciated with the PMing people when you see one

but then theres the thoughts of is there proof? Some people may find that the only way they will remove it, is if there is proof that it is copyrighted and that nobody wants them to use it even if they don't change anything...

Then the question comes to.. if you don't change anything on the pic, why can't you use it? But then I realize that is probably because somebody will take it and change things on it... since there are many people like that...

But I do want to thank you for not being rude and for trying to help. I do see it from both sides of views and I just hope I don't piss anyone off in the process of replying the way that I have

is dragon tears aka shirley? becuase if it is you should write her a pm...she told me she removed her own group last night not to offend the creators. She wanted no part of using the wrong artwork.

See the problem there in lies we could send the orginal stats etc to show that they are infact ripped.. but.. if you don't have incredimail then the cycle starts all over again.. lol.. and it looks like we have sent you this large picture.

The best proff is the watermarks.. I refer to simones as hers have been used a lot and do have her name (copyright ) clearly visable..

And you hit the nail on the head.. they get altered.. and are not meant for that
