Posting of Copyright Materials

I wrote to Shirley yesterday and it was a very nice note and request suggesting a list, then things did become out of hand, I was called several durogatory things, and at the end of the day became so frustrated with it i said harsh words as well.. And I didn't like being refered to as a gay ass nor did I like seeing a fellow creator bashed as well.. wildchild also received alot of abuse. In the end we both left. We explained several times about how these images that we create are only intended for incredimail use, not forum use or any other use.

I wrote to admin yesterday after being alerted by email that a piece of my stationary was on this site and it was being offered to be used for tags.. I wrote to admin and gave them the thread number and a link and described to them what piece it was, also it was clearly watermarked Rakhaniel. I informed admin, that I never gave anyone authorization to use it and it was being used without my consent. I also informed them in another message to admin that their were in fact 1000's of images being used without authorization from the creator.

They sent me an email back letting me know that the thread had been removed as requested.. My stat was clearly watermarked as were several and I think admin did the right thing in removing that thread as it removed all of our stats that were placed on there for use without authorisation. Shirley then made a new thread, I wrote her a note there, but I am sure she never got it as it was removed as well..

I requested the first thread to be removed. Not the others.

I saw Judy tried as best she could to explain things as has Lynn, Rhonda etc etc... all of us know one another through groups that we are in, own or are members of. And respect one another, and all get on very well..

We tried to explain nicely, then we were abused so yes some of us responded back with some harsh words. I confess I got really pissed off at the end and said my piece. But yeah a few of the people commenting hadn't even read the posts that were made earlier in the day. So they really had no clue as to what was said "nicely" they came in at the end when it got heated, and no matter how many times we explained incredimail and that you cant have the right click disabled, they still insisted we could. Well we can't. also they didn't seem to understand that we don't have our stuff on websites. We use it for incredimail, the stationary anyway.

Now I do not make blank tags to match my stats, therefore I knew that it was a stat header on here before I even came to the site. I checked it and went ahead with informing admin as I believed it was the right thing to do.

If I see any more stat headers here, I will continue to inform admin, as I believe it is the right thing to do..

Now I don't want anymore nastiness, but I just want that my creations along with the other creators work be respected and not used in any other way except for incredimail use.

Now I have noticed that one of the creators has offered blank tags, which is very very kind of her I think.. I do not make blank tags for use, and i do not use scripting for tags, every tag I make is a one off, I make tags painstakingly individually, I dont run off hundreds and put different names on them, I make each one and every one I make is sparkled differently, no two tags are alike, even tho they may look the same, each one is done by hand and usually takes a minimum of 15 mins each.. so when I get 50 or 100 requests to make that tag, you surely can appreciate the time involved?

I ask nicely that any work with the watermark Rakhaniel please not be used on this forum or anywhere else other that a complete stationary for incredimail use.

So yes please place my name on the NO NO list along with Pixel.Judy and the others.

the original was about 600 x 400 pixels...this is a major problem with sharing images in a forum.

Some (or most) uploaders "resize automatically!"...but still, someone still has to prove to EVERYONE that just signing your name to a pic or that "incredimail" has some sort of monopoly over the pics there! So far, I have NOT seen anything!

Forums were set up for discussion with an enhancement to allow you to add some images. it's not intended to be a graphic sharing area.

Please DON'T preach to us about "WHY" forums are set up! We (Jokaroo) have our own 'Photo Galleries' section! Jeeeeeeze!

You guyz are going to continue having problems with graphics here due to this new developement.......

ooo no Shirley it wasn't you at all.. I didn't receive any feedback from you because you were gone for the night and also because that second thread you made was deleted so you wouldn't have seen my post to you..

Someone called Ezeed? or something like that actually called me a gay ass, even tho he has no idea what type of ass I actually have..lol.. and he had no access to the earlier threads, he really had no idea what had been said earlier that day also a few others had no idea either as the threads were removed.

Also during the day we were bashed by other members here so towards the end of the day I got fed up and said harsh words back... it was really frustrating Shirley but no you were in no way rude at all and I also commented to wildchild that I felt that you would be respectful of stat creators and not continue to use our stuff, I felt you had good intentions with your second thread and what you said.

But yes the debate did go on during the day with other members here, because no matter how many times things were explained over and over, they still didn't "get it"

So yeah it became really exasperating.. I hope you can understand what I mean Shirley?

In the end tempers can flare, because after a while it feels like we were banging our head agaisnt a brick wall.. Also for people to say they don't care and they will just go ahead and keep using our stat headers also pissed me off.. So I wrote to them and told them if they continue to use them I will continue to report them to admin as I am sure other creators would and have. They didn't seem to care that your threads could be repeatedly shut down, so I said to one particular member that if she continues to do this, it will only escalate the problem here and for you.. Which I am sure you don't want.. What it boils down to Shirley is you and I think one of two other seemed respectful of our wishes and the rest got nasty and didn't really care.. so yes.. it pissed me off..

But yes please add Rakhaniel to the list of people that don't want their stuff used..

As I said I was sorry that your stuff was shared I do know now
I will make all my own work to share cause then this doesn't happen
I do know all the hard work that goes into making tags I have never made a stat and can't but know that the work in tags is alot also
I did have glitters #2deleted so this would stop and figured we all love glitter pictures here and would start another and this morning to my surprise it had been deleted also.
I did have some of my own work in glitters #2 that is now gone but as I said I will redo it
and I will but with my work and I again am very sorry your work and others have been shared
I will add you to the list

I've asked on 3 other threads that some POSITIVE proof of this "WATERMARK" & "INCREDIMAIL" BS....but I've yet to get it!

If it's NOT copywritten, then I'll use ANY pic I wish in ANY manner I wish!

The admin saw the proof, and deleted the thread. And its people like you that will continue to have threads shut down..

Keep using them, and you will in the end most likely be banned and threads will be removed.

Now as I said admin checked, saw the proof and went ahead with deleting the thread.
