thanks for your input. When I made the screen capture I minimized it to fit in here and it may be difficult to view on this board, however, if some one were to crop out my image, right click and snag it and then send it around, trust me you would be able to see it.

Just asking for a little effort to look a bit harder on all the graphics and if you see anything remotely resembling a watermark or copyright...toss it.

Thanks sweetie, you are right...we actually are a lot of fun and instead of trying to outwit eachother we could be helping each other. I know that as a creator I might have a lot to offer anyone that wants to learn more about creating. I write tutorials and belong to groups just to get more people involved in the creative process.

If any of the members here were on the reverse side (and visa versa) we would be adding a LOL to each other instead of fighting.

I've made a choice not to be reactive to any of the negative comments only to the positives.

Shirley then made a new thread, I wrote her a note there, but I am sure she never got it as it was removed as well..

I requested the first thread to be removed. Not the others.

I saw Judy tried as best she could to explain things as has Lynn, Rhonda etc etc... all of us know one another through groups that we are in, own or are members of. And respect one another, and all get on very well..

We tried to explain nicely, then we were abused so yes some of us responded back with some harsh words. I confess I got really pissed off at the end and said my piece. But yeah a few of the people commenting hadn't even read the posts that were made earlier in the day. So they really had no clue as to what was said "nicely" they came in at the end when it got heated, and no matter how many times we explained incredimail and that you cant have the right click disabled, they still insisted we could. Well we can't. also they didn't seem to understand that we don't have our stuff on websites. We use it for incredimail, the stationary anyway.

Now I do not make blank tags to match my stats, therefore I knew that it was a stat header on here before I even came to the site. I checked it and went ahead with informing admin as I believed it was the right thing to do.

If I see any more stat headers here, I will continue to inform admin, as I believe it is the right thing to do..

Now I don't want anymore nastiness, but I just want that my creations along with the other creators work be respected and not used in any other way except for incredimail use.

Now I have noticed that one of the creators has offered blank tags, which is very very kind of her I think.. I do not make blank tags for use, and i do not use scripting for tags, every tag I make is a one off, I make tags painstakingly individually, I dont run off hundreds and put different names on them, I make each one and every one I make is sparkled differently, no two tags are alike, even tho they may look the same, each one is done by hand and usually takes a minimum of 15 mins each.. so when I get 50 or 100 requests to make that tag, you surely can appreciate the time involved?

I ask nicely that any work with the watermark Rakhaniel please not be used on this forum or anywhere else other that a complete stationary for incredimail use.

So yes please place my name on the NO NO list along with Pixel.Judy and the others.

Yes ... there were very heated arguments .. and you and your friends did not leave until the Roo management deleted the thread that those words were being said in. As for the words that were posted earlier in the day ... well it is really hard to read those posts when those threads were deleted as well. So ... we can only pick up where things were. I am not denying the fact that people were being nice ... but our threads and posts were being attacked as well as your art work. So you know how we had to feel as well. Shoot, I admit to being graphically challenged, so I only enjoyed looking at the posts and talents of my fellow roo family.

Yes, I suggested the right click ... yes, you stated it can't be done. I also suggested that you look into someone that could protect your work ... I am sure that there is some techie out there that would love a challenge of that magnitude. If incredimail is so wonderful ... why then have they not figured a way to protect the artists work.

No I do not want to come back blazing ... but your statements were indirectly at me, since you and I were having those heated posts. I did post an apology earlier .... which still stands ... but I guarantee everyone .... you need to start looking at our group as people that never meant to upset anyone. We were just having fun and enjoying life and each other until you came in as you did. I have talked with Judy in PM's ... she understands my point as well. Perhaps talk with her more or ask to see my PM to her .... I don't care if she shares what I said.

As ICM stated ..... as long as your name or whatever was left on it ... it could have been free advertising for you ....

we've been writing to Incredimail for years to ask them to add a "no right click" option to no avail so we just have to ask our members not to do that. sadly their are some that are not reading those requests or they just don't care and that's how all of this mess gets started.

My husband is a programmer and we both design websites. Me on the graphic side, he's o the techie side. It's only in a Java or html C++, etc script that you can add the no right click command.......sad to say that is what most websites are based in these writing formats.

I sure with that we had that option to avoid the recent events.

BINGO ... that is the key ... just tell us privately and don't go off half cocked and have the feathers in a big ruffle .... I have already told Judy . I would never have seen the markings on the one she posted ... so if it is not obvious to me ... I know it would be missed by these old eyes ....

As I stated in my apology instead of going into the threads themselves and getting everyone riled up ... they should have started a thread of their own and addressed this issue ... it would have been nice to have a few days to be able to delete what had to be deleted but still have the threads remain in tact.


We are all learning .... but some don't see this as a process for us and cannot be as patient as others have been ....

Ahh .. Mr. Roo Man ...

I agree to a point.. but that also goes for the other side as well. I saw it first hand as they were loosing their patience with newer people coming in thru the middle of the night and then getting high and mighty with us. Basically calling us stupid because we didn't get it and it had been said so many times ...... As I still see it now because they don't like the way some people still respond to them.

I have talked with one of the artist and her and I have come to a friendly understanding. I think the others will take time, as they still have their attitudes to be adjusted. I understand their points ..... I truly do ... but I don't think it is fair to come in like they have and cause the uproar and dissention that is here. They too keep feeding fuel to the fire with all the comments. So I think that they also need to calm down ...let you guys handle this ... and I hope to god we don't loose many more threads....but find a way that we can work together with them and learn what needs to be learned in order to keep this from happening again.
Although, you and I both know ... it will never be a squeaky clean thing ... someone will eventually use something that is copyrighted or created by someone else.
