How to use the Jokeroo Uploader to post pics,inc Signature Pics

I'm convinced I'm jinxed!! I cannot get my avatar to be any bigger than you see now. Compared to some other members, it's pretty small. I have tried different pics, and have resized them to exactly 100 x 100 pixels, and it's still the same.
Also, I tried to use this gif, but it lost its animation when I uploaded it:

Any suggestions?

The avator size has been reduced since most members put in their custom avators.
It used to be 100x100 but is now 80x80

Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 80 by 80 pixels or 195.3 KB (whichever is smaller).

I've reduced the animation to 100x100 and uploaded it into your avator section for you.

I am trying to change my sigs and I get a message that says "Your signature can not be longer than 100 characters including BBCode markup". I can't even put the ones that were there before back in. Help.
