are you using the uploader in the edit sig function? your limit should be 250 characters, excluding BB markup

I have been trying to put up pictures the way every one else does,but nothing i do seems to work,(this sucks because I found one that made me think of squirt but I don't know how to show it to her!)

No I saved it to a disc when you loaded for me
