putting a sig pic in - the Squirt way lol
the first thing you need to do to get a sig pic, is to find one (or get somebody to make one for you, all you need to do is ask and we'll get you sig pics!), once you have a pic you'd like to use in your sig, RIGHT click on the pic, go to (and click on) SAVE PICTURE AS, it will open up a browser window that looks like this ...
 click on MY DOCUMENTS, DOUBLE click on MY PICTURES and save the pic with a simple name, I name my sig pics like sq1, sq2 ... avatars as av1, av2, etc ...  then click on SAVE |

now you will need at least TWO windows open on your computer, one to Jokeroo (I recommend a third window to the Roo so you can read this in one and go to EDIT SIG in the other), the other to an uploader, I highly recommend tinypic for sigs, there is a character limit on sigs and tinypic uses the least amount of characters, just remember that they do not like adult type pics, not even cartoons, I'm giving the link to tinypic here, just click on it and another window should open to tinypic ...
TinyPic - Share the Experience!™ click on the button that says BROWSE, this will open a browser window to your computer ...  IF it does not open to MY PICTURES, then click on MY DOCUMENTS and DOUBLE click on MY PICTURES as described in the previous post, find the pic you saved for your sig, click on it, then click on open, then click on the big green button that says UPLOAD NOW, here is what you should see ...  drag your mouse across the URL (text) under where it says FOR FORUMS AND MESSAGE BOARDS, this will turn it blue, then hit the CTRL and the C keys at the same time (copy) ... no matter what uploader you use, this is the URL that you want to copy and paste, be it for sigs or for posts, now you are ready to go to edit sig as described in the next post, leave the uploader window open in case you make a mistake |

at the top of every single page in the Roo, no matter where you are, you will always be able to see this line, I've drawn arrows to point out some things, JOKEROO COMMUNITY will take you to the list of FORUMS, VIRAL MEDIA AVENUE is the SECTION that the videos, PG-13 pics and regular Funny Pics FORUMS are in, FUNNY PICS is a FORUM, inside the FORUM, is the list of threads for that forum, the first thread listed is the last one replied on in that FORUM, any place you see light blue lettering IS a clickable link!
 you can get to EDIT SIG 2 ways, you can click on the QUICK LINKS arrow and a drop down menu will appear with EDIT SIG as one of the options OR you can click on USER CP and it will take you here ...  either way, click on EDIT SIGNATURE and it will take you here ...  DO NOT use the browser in EDIT SIGNATURE, it will not allow you to upload animations ... and glitter is an animation! put your cursor in the big blank box, then hit the CTRL and the V keys at the same time, this will PASTE the URL you copied from tinypic, it will look like the top line I have here ...  now, I've put the URL in again and drug my mouse across it to turn it blue, I did this so I can center the pic, I like mine centered, it's up to each of you how you prefer yours, in the above illustration, you'll notice I traced some areas in red, we'll address the line that starts with B first, if you want to put words in your sig, B will BOLD the text, I will Italicize it, U will underline it, next to the U is 3 little icons that look like little memos, the first is ALL LEFT, the middle is CENTER and the 3rd is ALL RIGHT, above that is FONTS, SIZES and an A, the A is for COLOR and will change the color of your text, FIRST drag your mouse across the text you want to change THEN click on size, font, color, whatever ... after pasting in the URL from tinypic, click on PREVIEW and see if you see your pic! if not, delete what you pasted into EDIT SIG, go back to tinypic and copy the URL again and paste it into EDIT SIG again, click PREVIEW and see if you see your pic! if not lol come back here and tell me what error you're getting or what's happening, if you do see your pic, click on SAVE and tuh duh, sig! lol
