I am glad to get atleast 7 hours of sleep. I have had days where I lived off of 2 hours...... wow those times were not the best.

Every morning at 7am I take a good, long, healthy pee. So nice and warm.

Every morning at 9am I take a good, long, healthy crap. Nice and golden brown.

Only thing is.....I wish i woke up one morning before NOON!!!!!! hehehehe
