Yeah, whats up Jokeroo? Figured I'd stop and post something, since I'm new 'round these parts. Least thats what it said to do. If you're interested, I'm 21, got a wife and kid, from the south, and just got out of the Army.

Welcome to the Roo Mitch, and thanks for your military service! Alaska is my home and I live alone except for the wildlife that visits the yard. I have one son – 25, married, living in Denver. He was born and raised up here, so Anchorage (pop. 264,000) was “the big city” until he moved to Denver for graduate school – LOL!
Anyhow, welcome aboard! There’s something here for everyone - just dive on in and have some fun!

Thanks people. This is yet another forum I'm tryin out to see how worthwhile it is. Seems ok, so far. And also, Thank you Alaskan John, the service wasn't a problem. It was almost fun. Ha Ha! And I've been to Alaska a time or two, it's nice up there but too cold for my taste.
